School Age Programs to Support Learning

Once children start school, learning doesn’t stop when the bell rings. The early primary school years are a time of enormous growth as children develop academically, socially, emotionally and physically.

As parents, it’s natural to wonder how your child is coping with the increasing demands of school. Are they able to concentrate, stay organised, build friendships and approach challenges with confidence?

Our school age program is designed to support children during these important years through movement-based activities that strengthen the brain-body connection and help develop the skills needed for learning and everyday life.

Through fun games, movement activities, rhythm experiences, obstacle courses and skill challenges, children have opportunities to:

  • Strengthen memory, concentration and attention
  • Build coordination, balance and body awareness
  • Support reading, writing and mathematical development
  • Improve organisation and information processing skills
  • Develop confidence and resilience when learning new skills
  • Strengthen social skills, teamwork and communication
  • Enhance emotional regulation and self-awareness
  • Continue building a lifelong love of movement and learning

Every child develops differently, and our supportive environment helps children build on their strengths while continuing to develop important skills at their own pace.
