Magic 3 Week Offer

3 week trial classes available from week 2 of each term.

New families are allowed to trial the GymbaROO program first for 3 consecutive weeks for the cost of $105.00. This allows parents to see the true benefits of the program while it gives your child the opportunity to adapt to its important learning structure.

* Conditions apply. Any missed classes due to sickness/illness must be conducted within the 3 consecutive week time period before deciding if you would like to continue for the remainder of the term.

Please note your 3 week package does not guarantee a place in your class after your trial. A full term enrolment is the only way to ensure you can continue the program and get the best benefits. The trial package does not include the online material.

Do I have to purchase mandatory Name Vest??

As part of the GymbaROO experience, it is mandatory for every child to wear a GymbaROO name vest during class.

You can purchase your child’s name vest directly from us for only $10. This is a one-time purchase that can be used each term your child attends GymbaROO.

Please note that if your child grows out of the name vest, you can purchase a bigger size later for an additional $10.00.

Please make sure to purchase the name vest before you attend your 1^st class.

Do you offer make up classes?

Families are entitled to a maximum of 3 make-up classes per term, subject to availability.

Important: From Term 4, 2026, all class cancellations must be made before 8:00 am on the day of your scheduled class to be eligible for a make-up lesson.

If you do not cancel your class before 8:00 am and your child does not attend, the class will be considered a late cancellation/no-show. The missed class will be forfeited, and no make-up credit will be issued.

All make-up classes:

Must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Must be used within the same term in which the class was missed.
Cannot be carried over to a future term.
Cannot be transferred or refunded.

We strongly recommend cancelling through the Parent Portal as soon as you know you will be unable to attend, allowing another family the opportunity to use the available class place.

Can I trial a class?

We do offer a 3-week trial package for $105.00 From the 2nd week of each term. Trials are subject to availability.

Please note that these three trial classes must be attended over three consecutive weeks. If you are unable to make one of your booked sessions, please reach out to us ASAP. If possible, we will try to reschedule to an alternate day, but we cannot extend your trial period.

Your child’s place in the class is reserved for 24 hours after your final trial class to give you time to enrol through your parent portal
