Centre information

Each class has 1 teacher and 1 assistant and a maximum of 12 -14 children (depending on the age group). Each child works with their ‘grown up’.

GymbaROO’s aim is to show parents how to help their children to reach their full potential in life and to prevent underachievement.

Each class is very carefully designed, specifically for your child’s particular stage of development. They are taught in a fun way so that each GymbaROO session is a delight for you and your child.

Each session consists of massage, co-ordinated movement to music, fundamental skills development, dance, vestibular games, vision and auditory activities, visualisation skills called “Treasure Bag”, parachute, rhythm activities, songs and rhymes.

As well as the teaching time, you and your child will be able to experience and learn new activities on our circuit of large equipment. These include slides, swings, big balls & rollers, scooter boards and many rockers to mention a few.

We are located inside Glen Waverley Anglican Church at 800 Waverley Road, Glen Waverley.
Ample parking available on site. Please park at the side entrance of the church for the closest access.

Prices vary to the length of the term:

9 weeks term = $252

10 weeks terms = $280

Trial classes available

We do offer 3-trail classes at a total of $84 for all new GymbaROO kids.

Note: Because of the way the program is written, we are able to accept enrolments any week of the term, and for those who start late, fees are reduced on a sliding scale at $28 per class.

Magic 3 Week Offer

3 week trial classes available anytime during the term, subject to availability.

New families are allowed to trial the GymbaROO program first for 3 consecutive weeks for the cost of $84. This allows parents to see the true benefits of the program, while it gives your child the opportunity to adapt to its important learning structure. Trials only include the in-centre component, and no online information is received.

* Conditions apply. Any missed classes due to sickness/illness must be conducted within the 3 consecutive week time period before deciding if you would like to continue for the remainder of the term.

Please note that your 3 week package does not guarantee a place in your class after your trial. A full term enrolment is the only way to ensure you can continue the program and get the best benefits. The trial package does not include the online material.

Can I trial a class?

Yes, we do offer a 3-week trial package for $81 for all new GymbaROO kids. Trials are subject to availability. Please note that your 3-week package does not guarantee a place in your class after your trial. A full-term enrolment is the only way to ensure you can continue the program and get the best benefits.

Do you offer make up classes?

Yes, we allow 3 make up classes per term. Make up classes must be taken within the current term and cannot be transferred or refunded.

Do two adults have to attend with twins?

Yes, this is a requirement so that each child has the assistance needed to facilitate the program.

Can I change classes?

We can change your class, but this is subject to availability and not always possible.

Do I have to attend the same time and day each week?

Yes, you enrol for the same class each week.

Can I do a drop-in class?

We only offer term enrolments (anytime during the term) or a 3-week trial package. No casual classes are offered.

Can I do more than 1 class per week?

Yes, we apply a 20% discount to your second class.
