We have grown a wonderful little community here at GymbaROO Rockingham, where parents and children alike look forward to their weekly catch-ups while enjoying all the neuro-developmental benefits our classes provide. We now have a few groups who have started in the Platypus or Wombat classes and are still together in the Wallaby and Kangaroo classes. We look forward to them moving up to a Possums class together very soon.
Our classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of 10 per class. Each child is provided with the opportunity for success throughout the class, no matter where they are developmentally. Each age group is provided neuro-developmental activities and exercises designed specifically to complement their particular abilities and requirements within the developmental milestones and help them move more smoothly through the upcoming milestones.
Each class is fun, engaging, and purposeful. Our parents leave inspired, our children leave fulfilled.
We are located at 4/4 Bakewell Drive, Port Kennedy, right next door to Messy Friends and PK Cycles. Just look out for the purple GymbaROO banners at the road and our sign above our door.
We have limited parking in the complex. If the bays marked with the GymbaROO signs are occupied, please park across the road on the verge.
Term fees are $220 per 10 week term.
Our trials are $50 for 3 classes.
Enrolments can be made at anytime during the term with fees paid pro rata.
Trial classes are $50 for 3 classes.
Mothers groups of 5 babies or more who wish to book into a class together will receive 10% discount from the term fees. This discount does not apply to trial sessions.
Classes are $22 per week, however, fees are paid pro rata per term. You only pay from the week you start.
For example, for a 10 week term, fees are $220. If you start the term in week 3, your term fees will be $176.
Casual bookings are available at $25 per class, however, we cannot guarantee regular places in your chosen class as once the class is full, we cannot accept any further bookings.
As each week’s program builds upon the previous week, we do suggest booking in for the term. Routine is important for learning and helps your child feel more comfortable in the class environment.
If you are a shift worker, or have reasons why you cannot attend the same class each week, discuss it with us as we are extremely flexible. We currently have nurses that have booked in for a certain day and time, but we have ammended their booking to take into account their roster. This has ensured their chosen time is secure, but they are also able to do make-up sessions on other days.
We offer unlimited make-up sessions throughout the term. If you are unable to make your booked session we ask that you cancel it in your parent portal as soon as you know. You are then able to book a make-up session in any other appropriate class. For example, if your child is a Wombat, you can book into any other Wombat class during the week.
You do not need to book the make-up in the same week, though this is most beneficial for your child. You have until the end of the term to attend your make-up classes.
We do not carry over make-ups into the following term except in very special cases.
