- Log In: Access the GymbaROO Parent Portal.
- Cancel Missed Class: Navigate to your dashboard and select ‘Cancel’ for the class you cannot attend to generate a makeup credit. Classes must be cancelled before a make-up class can be booked.
- Book Makeup: Click on “Book a make-up class”.
- Select Class: Choose an available session that suits you.
- Confirm: Select ‘Enrol now’ and confirm your booking. A confirmation email will be sent

If your child is ill on their GymbaROO – KindyROO day it is best for them to rest and recover, so please stay home and book in for a make-up class. This also importantly helps to prevent the spread of infection.
Unwell can sometimes be difficult to define. If you are unsure, please follow the recommended guidelines below. Please keep your child at home:
- If they are unable to participate in the program as they normally would
- For 24 hours after they have stopped vomiting or had diarrhoea
- For 24 hours after a raised temperature
- For 24 hours after they have commenced a course of antibiotics or antifungal medication
Make-up classes are available if you miss your scheduled class due to illness. Make-up classes must be taken during the same term of enrolment and are subject to availability. You can book your make-up class through the parent portal. There is no cash equivalent available.
